Policies:
- Life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to be fair to all clients.
- We accept cash, check, Venmo, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations without 24-hour notice, no-shows, or late arrivals.
24-Hour Notice Required:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged the full appointment fee, which must be paid prior to booking a future appointment.
No-Show Policy:
- Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged for the full session as a “no-show.”
Late Arrival Policy:
- Arriving late may result in a shortened session to respect the appointments of other clients.
- Your therapist will determine if the session can proceed based on your arrival time.
- Regardless of the actual time available, you are responsible for the full session fee.
- We ask that you please arrive on time out of courtesy to your therapist and fellow clients.
