Your Therapeutic massage will include a combination of manipulation of the body’s soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation and trigger pressure on insertion points in the muscles where you may be experiencing the most tightness. We will work together to focus on the areas of your largest concern.
All massages include the use of either Hot Towels, Hot Stone warmer treatment and if you would like essential oil(s) that will be included as well.
Monarch Massage doesn’t charge extra for these add on items as these are all tools that are used to enhance your massage experience.
